Intended Use
L-Type TP is an in vitro assay for the quantities determination of total protein in serum or plasma.
Method
Biuret Method
Principle of the Method
When a sample is reacted with Color Reagent, protein in the sample and copper ion forms complex salt and turns blue-violet. Total protein concentration in the sample is determined by measuring the blue-violet absorbance.
