Albumin II-HAFor In Vitro Diagnostic Use
HA Series Albumin II-HA is an in vitro assay for the quantitative determination of albumin in serum and plasma.
Principle of the Method
When a sample is mixed with BCG, albumin in the sample combines with bromocreasol green contained in BCG to produce blue-colored complex. By measuring the absorbance of this blue color, the albumin content in the sample is determined.
