Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP)
L-Type ALP-J2For In Vitro Diagnostic Use
Intended Use
L-Type ALP-J2 is an in vitro assay for the quantitative determination of the activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in serum or plasma.
Method
JSCC Transferable Method
Special Characteristics
L-Type ALP-J2 is not interfered significantly by other serum components such as high bilirubin in samples. The stability of this reagent after preparation is improved compared with conventional one.
Principle of the Method
When a sample is mixed with 2-(ethylamino)ethanol (EAE) buffer, Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) reacts with 4-nitrophenylphosphate and liberates 4-nitrophenol. By measuring the formation rate of 4-nitrophenol, ALP activity in the sample is determined.
Standard Procedure
Application to automated analyzers and Package are available upon request
